FOUNDER & CEO
Myriam brings a wealth of expertise in executing everything from complex virtual events and international summits to large-scale festivals and gala dinners for high-profile clients, universities, and dignitaries.
Myriam's work and clients' events have garnered press coverage in publications like the New York Times, Politico, and The Boston Globe. Her strategic acumen was recently demonstrated during her tenure as Executive Director of Healthy Waltham, where she grew organizational funding by over 400%, launched a successful rebrand, and secured the organization's first permanent home.
When she's not masterminding exceptional events, you can find Myriam globetrotting for inspiration, enjoying great food, and twirling on the dance floor.
Joel Parra
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
With an MBA and a successful background owning and operating a wedding planning firm, Joel brings a distinct blend of business operations acumen and hands-on event management expertise to the team.
He is the driving force behind MMEE’s seamless operations, overseeing financial and systems management, business development, and the meticulous planning and execution of every event. His diverse career includes key operations roles across e-commerce, hospitality, and consulting, ensuring MMEE maintains peak efficiency.
Off the clock, Joel enjoys hitting the tennis court, catching a theatrical performance, or spending quality time with his partner, family, and his mini Australian Shepherd Poodle, Teddy.
Deborah Woodson
OPERATIONS MANAGER
The operational driving force behind MMEE, Deborah channels over a decade of operations management experience into the world of high-level event planning. Holding a Political Science degree, she possesses a keen eye for detail and a passion for the precision required to transform complex visions into flawlessly executed events.
Before joining MMEE, Deborah’s diverse career included roles as a financial auditor, an investigator for the MA Attorney General’s Office, and an operations analyst. She also strategically leveraged humor to reach millions of users as a successful digital creator.
When she’s not perfecting event logistics, Deborah can be found at home, developing scratch recipes for her food blog, Barefoot Bites, while homeschooling her four small children.
