As a trusted consulting partner for ButcherBox, we provide end-to-end guidance and on-site support for their annual employee summit, a cornerstone of their employee experience program.

Designed to foster team cohesion, celebrate achievements, and inspire innovation, each summit blends internal sessions, external speakers, and immersive social experiences into a cohesive multi-day event.

In 2025, the summit set sail aboard a Celebrity Cruise to the Bahamas and Key West, while the 2026 edition brought the team to the vibrant streets of New Orleans. Across both destinations, we helped operationalize the event, ensuring each session, activity, and celebration ran seamlessly. From stage management and AV coordination to vendor oversight and speaker support, our team ensured every detail contributed to an engaging and memorable experience for their employees.

SERVICES PROVIDED:

  • Event Operational Consulting: Advising on schedule design, session flow, and overall event logistics to maximize engagement and efficiency.

  • On-Site Execution Support: Providing hands-on management of AV, stage operations, vendor coordination, and speaker logistics throughout the summit.
