As a long-term production partner for Climate Beacon, we have spent years elevating their premier convening for climate "can-doers" into a high-impact, immersive experience.
Our role is to transform "out-of-the-box" venues, from the New England Aquarium to an empty skyscraper floor at Lyrik Back Bay, into functional, professional, and unforgettable hubs for climate action.
In 2025, we scaled the conference to occupy four floors of a 360-degree space, creating a main stage, multiple breakout solution sessions, and a full-service hospitality suite. Every detail of our execution reflects a commitment to sustainability, from sourcing local culinary talent and grower-direct coffee to curating the "Climate Commons," a signature museum gallery featuring sustainable art. By blending high-level logistics with creative activations, we ensure that every attendee stays engaged from the first keynote to the final reception.
