MM Elite Events partnered closely with the MAWOCC team, integrating into their workflow to function as an extension of their organization, immersing ourselves in their culture and mission.
This collaborative approach informed every element of event design and execution, ensuring the organization's vision was perfectly realized across three distinct events.
We managed the entire scope, functioning as the central production hub: coordinating with the venue's internal AV and catering teams, curating menus, and writing detailed scripts for all programs. We also worked with our in-house graphic designer on elaborate program books and evergreen signage. With meticulous operational oversight, we handed every detail from layout and staffing to seamless VIP and general access experiences.

Full-Scale Event Production & Management: End-to-end oversight of a multi-tiered program including a VIP breakfast, formal awards ceremony, and public reception.
Strategic Programming & Run of Show: Orchestrating seamless transitions between theatrical performances, keynote addresses, and film screenings.
VIP & Sponsor Relations: Managing high-level hospitality and networking experiences for donors, board members, and guest honorees.
Logistics & Public Space Coordination: Managing complex on-site operations within a historic landmark and navigating neighborhood logistics for the ceremonial horse ride.
Technical Liaison & AV Production: Coordinating stage mapping, sound, and lighting to support a televised-quality program and dramatic performances.
Vendor & Partner Management: Serving as the central point of contact for catering, rentals, and historical site staff to ensure mission-aligned execution.
